RENT Our fees are 13 % TTC on annual rent payed together by the owner and the tenant (To rent appartment with furniture, shops or professional, the fees are completly the charge of the tenant) These fees are on our website.

RENTAL MANAGEMENT 6 % HT (+ VAT 19.6%) payed by the owners on rent.
